Position: Client Support Representative

Currently eMOBUS has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Client Support Representative in San Diego, CA. This candidate will be responsible for existing client support including issue resolution, order placement and daily completion of account service requests. This candidate must be comfortable with regular client interaction via telephone and email. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must. Existing enterprise cellular knowledge is a plus, but not required.



Position: National Account Manager (Acquisition & Growth)

Currently eMOBUS has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time National Account Manager. We are looking to hire a motivated, intelligent sales professional that is driven by success and financial reward. This individual is responsible for identifying, prospecting and maintaining relationships with emerging mid-market and enterprise businesses. This is a quota bearing position and that will be required to physically visit clients and new prospects daily. Must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. Will be responsible for achieving all quota metrics, turning in required paperwork and reports as required by management. In addition they will work side by side with the prospective customer as a professional consultant, analyze cellular business needs and make recommendations on wireless solutions. Regular travel is required.

Experience Required

  • Combination of education and relevant work experience totaling 8+ years post high school or equivalent.
  • Wireless sales experience is required.
  • 4+ years of successful sales experience in a Business to Business environment is preferred.
  • 3+ years of new customer acquisition experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of cellular sales experience in a Business to Business environment highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and articulate the financial implication of the solution to the customer.
  • Formal account planning and strategic selling skills.
  • Relevant contract negotiating experience is required.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions is preferred.


Position: Inside Sales Representative

Currently eMOBUS has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Inside Sales Representative. We are looking to hire a motivated, intelligent sales professional that is driven by success and financial reward. This individual is responsible for identifying, prospecting and setting appointments with emerging mid-market and enterprise businesses. This is a quota bearing position and extensive cold calling will be required daily. Must have the ability to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. Individual will be responsible for achieving all quota metrics, turning in required paperwork and reports as required by management.

Experience Required

  • 1-3 years of sales experience selling cellular or other solution based products to mid-large businesses.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with a measurable track record of results.
  • Exceptional communication and public relations abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic, coupled with a persistent and resilient personality.
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong Negotiating Skills.
  • College Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research industries for qualified companies that require the company’s products and services.
  • Research prime contacts within qualified companies.
  • Follow-up on leads provided, as well as leads self-generated.
  • Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Ensure high visibility within target companies with regularly scheduled calls.
  • Cold and warm calling to inquire about opportunities and/or leads (125- day minimum).
  • Organize and update Salesforce CRM regularly.
  • Assist management on special projects and assignments.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
